Early Space Selection Summary & Instructions: 1. Review the 2009 Agreement Form & Washington, DC Floor Plan; Fax back the completed form today with your booth selections, selecting 10 or more spaces in order of preference. 2. This form is the lowest-rate version of the year. Save at least $400 by using the Pre-Show Rate Schedule. The rates on this form are the current rates and reflect the $400 savings. 3. 2008 Space will be assigned on October 1, 2008 based on 2009 paperwork having been received by or before September 26, 2008. After September 26 and onsite in 4. Space Assignment order is based on a combination of seniority, booth size, and sponsorship level. Tie- breakers are based on the date of your 2008 contract. 5. No payment is required with your Agreement Form. Your company will not be obligated to exhibit in 6. A 50% deposit will be due by December 15, 2008 to guarantee your 2009 booth assignment.
