Exhibit Hall Hours

DBIA understands that many of our exhibitors have dual roles at the conference. They not only manage the booth, but they also attend the education sessions to maintain credentials. This is why DBIA holds exclusive exhibit hours that do not overlap with the education program or any other scheduled event. Therefore the hours listed below are the show's only exhibit hours.   

Exhibit Hall Hours:

Tuesday, October 18
12:00 pm – 5:00 pm  Exhibitor Move-In By Appointment Only*

Wednesday, October 19
8:00 am – 3:00 pm  Exhibitor Move-In*
4:30 pm – 6:30 pm Opening Reception

Thursday, October 20
10:00 am – 1:30 pm Networking and Luncheon
4:15 pm – 6:45 pm Evening Reception

Friday, October 21
11:30 am – 1:45 pm  Closing Luncheon
1:45 pm – 5:00 pm**  Exhibitor Move-Out*

* Proper "Exhibitor" badges are REQUIRED in order to enter the exhibit hall during Move-In and Move-Out. Please be sure to check in at Registration prior to entering the hall.

** After 4:30pm overtime rates are in effect. Please refer to the Material Handling and Labor price lists for applicable rates and budget accordingly.
