Sponsorship Levels
Diamond $50,000 ($42,800 without booth space) - Inquire for special package details. Diamond Packages may include a combination of several of the opportunities and packages/benefits listed below.
Platinum $35,000 ($27,800 without booth space) - Includes: Ten Full Conference Registrations plus Two Booth Personnel, a 20’ x 20' Booth Space, and premier recognition as a main event sponsor; and inclusion of company logo in all general sessions, and your company brochure or give-away inserted in conference bags. Bronze $7,000 ($5,200 without booth space) - Includes: Two Full Conference Registrations plus Two Booth Personnel, a 10’ x 10’ Booth Space. Exhibitor upgrade amount: approx. $4,000. Click here to view Bronze Level Sponsorships.
Pricing Note: Based on having already purchased booth space, exhibiting companies would pay the difference between the booth amount and the sponsor package amount to upgrade and become a sponsor.
Need an Extra Booth? Add $2,100 per sponsorship package.
Don't want a booth? Subtract $1,800 per booth from package amount.

The sponsorship of that item or event will provide the sponsoring company with additional benefits and targeted recognition in conjunction with the event that is being sponsored (examples: extra signage at the main food locations and bars for a sponsor of a reception; or golf foursomes and hole signage is included for Golf Tournament sponsors
