SMALL/DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS DISCOUNT: Individuals employed by a business that is certified as a small, disadvantaged, minority, veteran or woman-owned business enterprise by any state or federal certifying authority are eligible for a 30% discount off the full conference registration fee. You will be required to provide the state, local or federal certifying agency with which your company is registered. DBIA reserves the right to request a copy of the certificate from the certifying agency to validate eligibility for this discount. This discount may not be combined with other discounts.

Academia Full-time College or University Faulty
Owner (Government or Private) Owners decide what gets built, when it gets built and how. Examples include state, local and Federal governments, as well as private facility owners and real estate developers.

COVID-19
If there is a change in the COVID-19 operational status implemented by the government or facility mandating the cancelation of the in-person 2020 Conference & Expo, registrations will be converted to the Conference & Expo virtual event. Any difference in those registration fees will be refunded.
OTHER
Cancellation/refund requests received prior to October 2 will be assessed a $75 cancellation/processing fee. Cancellations received October 2 or later will be refunded the registration fee less a $100 cancellation/processing fee. No refunds will be given for “no-shows” or for cancellations received on or after October 16. All cancellations must be received in writing and sent to DBIA’s Conference Department at meetings@dbia.org.
Badge sharing and splitting is prohibited.
As an alternative to cancellation, substitutions may be made. The appropriate member or non-member fee will apply to the substitute, and any rate difference must be paid in full (including balance due) at the time of request. Badge sharing and splitting are strictly prohibited.
