Individuals employed by industry firms (e.g., AE/EA firms, general or specialty contractors, manufacturers/suppliers, professional service firms, etc.

Full-Time Student

Event Cancellation, Substitution and No-Show Policy

You may cancel your participation at anytime, but please be aware of the event cancellation policy listed below. All cancellations must be received in writing and sent to the DBIA Conferences Dept. at conferences@dbia.org. 

  • If you cancel before September 10, 2025, you will be refunded the registration fee less a $125 administrative fee.

  • Cancellations received between September 10 - October 10, will be refunded the registration fee less a $175 administrative fee.

  • No refunds or credits will be given for "no shows" or cancellations received on/after October 11, 2025. 

Substitutions
As an alternative to cancellation, substitutions may be made. Substitutions are permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. All registrants and any individuals submitting a substitution request is responsible for any financial obligation (any balance due) associated with the registration. Badge sharing and splitting are strictly prohibited. For any substitutions, please click on the button below and submit completed form to DBIA Conferences Department at conferences@dbia.org.

CONTINUING EDUCATION INFORMATION
Design-Build Conference & Expo full conference attendees can earn up to 14.5 CEHs. Additional CEHs can be earned by attending pre-conference sessions.
