DBIA has secured discounted room blocks at several conveniently located hotels for the 2026 DBIA Annual Conference & Expo to provide attendees and exhibitors with a variety of lodging options.
All hotel reservations must be made through the Official DBIA Hotel Reservation Portal hosted by Visit Cleveland. Attendees and exhibitors cannot book directly with the hotels and still receive the negotiated DBIA conference rates.
The reservation portal will automatically display all available hotel options based on your selected arrival and departure dates, allowing you to compare participating hotels, room rates, amenities, and availability in one convenient location.
We encourage you to book your accommodations early, as conference rates are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Special conference rates are available through October 9, 2026, subject to availability.

To ensure you receive the official DBIA conference rate, please book only through the Visit Cleveland reservation portal. Reservations made directly with the hotels are not eligible for the discounted conference rates.
Government Attendees – The Hyatt Regency is our sole partner offering the government room block rate for the DBIA conference. Please note that our other partner hotels do not have the government rate block available and offer standard attendee group rates only.

WHEN SHOULD YOU ARRIVE?
Plan on arriving Tuesday, Nov. 3rd, the day before the conference begins, to attend our Opening Reception with DBIA National and Ohio Region.

WHEN SHOULD YOU DEPART?
The excitement goes right up until the end so don't be in a rush to leave! Plan on departing on Friday, November 6th after 2:30pm to attend the Closing General Session.
