Log into the Speaker Service Center to take advantage of the following online features designed to assist you in preparing for your session(s).
Key Deadlines:
| IMMEDIATELY - once electronically signed & submitted in the SSC, all below tabs will become available |
Electronically sign your DBIA Speaker Agreement and Guideline Form under the "Speaker Agreement" tab in the SSC (required for all speakers on the panel) |

Submit your AIA/CES Agreement Form under the "AIA Speaker Agreement" tab in the SSC (required for all speakers on the panel) |

Upload your speaker biography & headshot under the "Speaker Profile" tab, and review the "Speaker FAQs" tab (session room technology, registration details, etc.) |

Register for the conference through Speaker Service Center to receive discount under the "Speaker Registration" tab at least 4 weeks prior to the conference start date |

Make hotel reservation before the October 9th roomblock deadline |

Draft presentation using the DBIA PowerPoint template or VDCLEx template due in the SSC under the "Presentation Upload" tab |

Presentations reviewed and feedback provided (if any) to presenters via email |

Final presentations using the DBIA PowerPoint template or VDCLEx template due in the SSC under the "Presentation Upload" tab |
November 3 (VDCLEx) or

Agree to speak at the 2026 Design-Build Conference & Expo in Cleveland, OH |
